CLINTON COUNTY BOARD - Regular Meeting Minutes

CALL TO ORDER

Chairman Bradley Knolhoff called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.

ROLL CALL

County Clerk called the roll. Present: Knolhoff, Heinzmann, Schroeder, Rakers, Schmitz, Arentsen, Strieker, K. Knolhoff, Hilmes, Riechman, Crisel, Haselhorst. Absent: None. A quorum was established.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Motion by Heinzmann, seconded by Schroeder, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Voice vote: Motion carried unanimously.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

Finance Committee (Schmitz): Presented monthly financial report. All revenues on target.

Road & Bridge (K. Knolhoff): County Engineer reported bridge repairs completed on schedule.

NEW BUSINESS

Motion by Rakers, seconded by Hilmes, to approve Resolution 2024-42 for equipment purchase. Roll call vote: 12 Ayes, 0 Nays. Motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Heinzmann to adjourn at 8:45 PM. Motion carried.
